Our health and safety policies are purpose-fit for the Forestry Industry in line with Forest Safe Policy.
Our objectives are:
- Communicate ADC’s Health and Safety Policy and Procedures (including developed safety management systems) to all employees, clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Comply with all applicable health and safety laws, regulations and statutory obligations.
- Assess health and safety risks during stages of our business, to eliminate or control hazardous tasks or operations.
- Investigate, correct and report all health and safety incidents.
- Audit and evaluate safety management systems to assist with improving our performances.
- Set measurable targets and maintain and monitor health and safety performance indicators.
- Reward our employees for Exceptional Health and Safety Performance and annually review and revise where needed our Health and Safety policy and procedures.
It is the responsibility of all personnel under ADC or sub contracted to the company to implement this policy.
